Our next expected litter will be coming July of 2026. Maui and Rio have honeymooned and we are expecting pups with wavy coats, black with white markings and white with black markings. Puppies reserve quickly. If you’d like to reserve a puppy please submit your application and deposit.

We fully health test our Dams and Sires, you can view their health tests by clicking on their name under Meet The Dogs section of our home page. Puppies are $3000.00, Deposits are $500.00. Deposit is applied to total cost of puppy. Each puppy comes with a microchip, first vaccines, dewormed, a 3 year health guarantee, an exam from our vet with letter. I register the litter with AKC and provide you with the limited, non breeding registration paper work for you to register with the AKC. You will go home with a 6 lbs bag of puppy food, leash, collar, blanket with scent of litter mates and mama, toy and treats. We are conservative on the number of reservations we take on each litter. Lakehouse Porties reserves the right to hold back any potential breeding dogs from any given litter, that exhibits the traits needed to enhance the breed. If we have more puppies than we took reservations for we will work down the line in order of deposit made.
