Roxy and Rio welcomed their beautiful litter of 10. They were born May 23, 2025. We have 4 females and 6 males. Puppies will be ready for their forever homes July 18th. We are accepting reservations on this litter and have males available. Roxy and Rio produce medium size pups with wavy coats, to see pictures check out our Facebook page.

Puppies are $3000.00, Deposits are $500.00. Deposit is applied to total cost of puppy. Each puppy comes with a microchip, first vaccines, dewormed, a 3 year health guarantee, an exam from our vet with letter. I register the litter with AKC and provide you with the limited, non breeding registration paper work for you to register with the AKC. You will go home with a 6 lbs bag of puppy food, leash, collar, blanket with scent of litter mates and mama, toy and treats. We are conservative on the number of reservations we take on each litter. Lakehouse Porties reserves the right to hold back any potential breeding dogs from any given litter, that exhibits the traits needed to enhance the breed. If we have more puppies than we took reservations for we will work down the line in order of deposit made. ,
